At Bloom Fellowship, we believe that the next generation is a vital part of our mission. Our youth, family and kids ministries are designed to teach and equip children with Biblical truths so that they can love God and others for their whole lives.
Kids Ministry During Church Services
Your first encounter with the kids’ ministry might be on a Sunday morning. We offer Sunday school classes for ages six months through 5th grade. We also offer Bible studies and other opportunities for teens and preteens to connect with other Christians, here and throughout the Midwest.
Sunday school lessons include age-appropriate lessons for various grades. Our trained teachers use a Bible-based curriculum that teaches the basics of faith, often using object lessons, crafts and games to make the lessons fun and engaging.
If you would like your child to participate in a class during a church service, please bring them to the lower level after our opening praise and worship singing on Sunday mornings. Check your child in at the table, and let the children’s ministry workers know if there are any food allergies or other special needs to be aware of.
Junior high and high school students are welcome to stay for the full adult worship service.
Youth & Family Ministry
As with any other program or ministry, Sunday morning is really only the beginning of our kids’ ministry. We believe that while Sunday school helps equip them, kids have an opportunity to put their faith into practice at home, at school and in the community. That’s why we provide families with parenting help, marriage help and more, so that their families can thrive spiritually. Contact us if you would like to learn more about parenting classes and youth ministry events.
Teen Ministry, Campus Ministry and Beyond
The younger generation is looking for purpose, and there is none greater than loving God and others. Our teens, campus students and young professionals meet together in formal and informal gatherings to build relationships, serve the community, and to learn more about what the Bible teaches that is relevant in the modern world.
There are a variety of events for young people to engage in throughout the week. Contact us if you would like to get connected.
